Makar Sankranti or Magh Bihu, the
tea tribe (Kudumi/Kurmi) community in
Assam celebrates Tusu Puja. The tribes
originality is from
part of Orissa, West Bengal & Jharkhand. This
puja is celebrated to herald
well being of the people & community alike.
