Though this article/news item was written in 2012...the situation of downstream ...by release of water by Big Dams ...from upper reach of Arunachal Pradesh is practically creating havoc Assam villages as flood in the down stream ob=n date... & nothing is forth coming from the adamant State or Central Government on the safety of their citizen...
