I
reside in a
village just few KM away from our
only township,
Tezpur. Once this place was
known for
cleanliness & good civic sense in
Assam. But now the
situation deteriorated, even
municipality is
lackluster on their duty.There are
rules & laws to
punish such dumping of wastage by the road side which are eye sore & regular sight
inside the town
ones so beautiful.
