minimum locally available resources one can start a
small scale industry. However it needs

patience to start.Same was
proven by one person Shri.
Bhumidhar Das, from
village Solagaon,
Tezpur who has
started a business from the
scratch.In
international terms say around from
100 dollars a
huge amount for a poor Indian. He has
started a Bhujiaa (Mixer), making & packaging
industry since January 2013. His
present production is
daily 100 Kg.Recently he has
applied for
Government loan to modernize & register it.
