November 20, at around 14:10 hours, President Pranab Mukherjee arrived at Tezpur to attend 12th Convocation of Tezpur University being held today.
On November 21, before his departure to Arunachal Pradesh to address 1st Convocation of National Institute of Technology he will present ‘ President Standard’ to 26 Sqn & 115HU of Indian Air Force.
