Hosts dominate with 19 medals, Lanka second: Hosts India started the 12th South Asian Games, under way here and in Shillong, on a winning note, securing 19 medals, including 14 gold, on the second day but left home fans disappointed by going down to Sri Lanka in the men's soccer.
