New train to link Upper Assam & Arunachal: The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) will run the Shatabdi Express, one of its premium trains, between Dibrugarh and Naharlagun from Sunday, a move that will directly connect Upper Assam with the Arunachal Pradesh capital.
